Thoughtful Homes Begin with Thoughtful Planning.

every home has the potential to become someone’s favorite place to be. The best remodels don’t begin with finishes—they begin with a thoughtful plan. I help homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces through layout reviews, remodel planning, and cohesive finish selections thaT bring their vision to life.

A Better Home Starts Long Before Construction Begins

The most expensive remodeling mistakes aren’t usually the finishes

—they’re the layout decisions that become permanent.

Whether you’re renovating a whole house, a single room, planning an addition, or building a custom home, I help homeowners evaluate floor plans before construction begins. Together we’ll improve flow, maximize storage, enhance natural light, and create spaces that work beautifully for the way you live.

I’ve always believed that the best homes aren’t necessarily the newest—they’re the ones with thoughtful design, functional layouts, and spaces that truly support the way people live.

Growing up in a family of builders, I developed an appreciation for residential construction at an early age. Working alongside my father on home renovations and house flips gave me a practical understanding of how homes are built and, more importantly, how they can be transformed.

Over the past 14 years in Connecticut real estate, I’ve toured hundreds of homes, helping buyers recognize potential that others often overlook. That experience, combined with years of renovation work, has shaped the way I approach every project today.

My passion is helping homeowners make confident design decisions before construction begins—whether that’s reviewing a floor plan, improving the flow of a renovation, or selecting finishes that create a timeless, cohesive home.

I don’t believe great design is about following trends. It’s about creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and built to last.

The name ANA G. represents more than a business—it represents family.

ANA G. is made up of the initials of my siblings and me: Annette, Natasha, Ashley, and Gregg. We were raised in a family deeply rooted in the building industry, where hard work, craftsmanship, and a passion for homes became part of who we are.

While today I lead ANA G. Homes, the name is a tribute to the family and experiences that inspired this journey.
