Light & Bright Raised Ranch
This project included peaking the ceiling height in the kitchen, living room, dining room and foyer. We added white oak beams to make this space feel modern and updated.
This project is named Light & Bright because when we first found this home it was so dark and gloomy we almost didn’t see it’s potential. But with all real estate, the location was great so we took on the project in hopes to make it something a buyer would love!
Before: You could barely see the house from the street. The siding and all the shade from the trees made this home so dark and gloomy!
After: We removed the trees blocking the front of the house. Added white board and batten siding, removed the dated columns and added a large window above the door.
